Processing Times

We take about 2-7 business days to process orders before shipping. This speed may vary according to product type, destination, and the time of year. 97% of our orders are shipped within 4 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. All orders are updated with tracking information. If it’s been more than 10 days since you placed your order and you still have not received tracking info, email saltyfoxprints@gmail.com for an update. 

Delivery times

The delivery times of the shipping methods we offer are estimates provided by the carriers. There may be some cases when packages are delivered outside of the estimated time frame. If you think your package is lost in transit, please get in touch at saltyfoxprints@gmail.com so we can get to the bottom of it. In most cases, your package ends up showing up just when you think it’s gone forever. If you order multiple items, 99% of the time your full order will ship together. However, in some cases, you may receive 2 shipments. This will not affect what you pay for shipping.
Customs

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You, the customer, are responsible for these fees.

We ship from three distribution locations to help you receive your order as fast as possible: Los Angeles, CA, Charlotte, NC, and Riga, Latvia for overseas orders.

Returns & Exchanges

 There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders or digital products. 

In the event that your item is incorrect or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at saltyfoxprints@gmail.com to discuss a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, it is working through our system and heading to production. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at saltyfoxprints@gmail.com within one hour of placing your order with the subject line ORDER CHANGE so we can cancel and refund your order. 

Ethically Made Shirts

Our t-shirts are Bella & Canvas brand, a USA-based apparel manufacturer that produces soft, comfy, and responsibly made tees. Our hoodies and sweatshirts are from Gildan. Both companies are WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) Certified, which means they promote ethical, humane, and lawful working conditions in all of their manufacturing facilities. WRAP Certified companies go through an extensive application process that evaluates their manufacturing facilities, working conditions, and worker’s rights.Contact Info
